Front desk staff was extremely rude and kept talking over me while I was trying to make a new patient appointment
I've been trying to call to make a new patient appointment for 2 weeks with no answer or call back. Its unfortunate, as this physician has great reviews.
Dr. Edwards is absolutely one of the best not only doctor but human being to walk this earth. As a disabled Veteran with several conditions I have never felt more heard by a physician. She is very caring and personable. I can’t express how much she has helped not just me but also my family by tackling ways to mange my conditions and find the root to the problems. Dr. Edwards is a whole vibe! Just had my first appt w/ her and I'll be back. She's very thorough, personable and really took her time listening to me & discussing my issues. You can't fake that kind of attentiveness. I felt very comfortable. If I met her off the street, I'd want to be friends...and in general, I'm not fond of many people.
Dr Edward’s is thorough and personable, I recommend her to all of my friends. She understands my examination anxiety and always puts me at ease.
