The billing dept or the receptionist name MANDY who works for Dr Edwards is very rude. I'm the patient and I was simply asking some questions that I needed to pass along to my insurance company. Being in the field of dealing with patients you have to have compassion, patience and empathy. She lacks all of the above. If it wasn't for my liking of the DR I would discontinue my services. The rating should be zero stars but in order to post I put 1

Doctor Edwards is the reason my son and I both survived his birth, THIRTEEN YEARS AGO! It was a VERY high-risk situation and Dr Edwards was cool, calm, and collected for every moment

Dr. Edwards is kind, attentive, thorough and always makes me feel as if I am her priority. She never appears rushed and in fact is always cheerful and engaging. As a health care professional myself, I appreciate her superior skills and professionalism. I would give her more than 5 stars if possible.
