Dr. Edwards is absolutely one of the best not only doctor but human being to walk this earth. As a disabled Veteran with several conditions I have never felt more heard by a physician. She is very caring and personable. I can’t express how much she has helped not just me but also my family by tackling ways to mange my conditions and find the root to the problems. Dr. Edwards is a whole vibe! Just had my first appt w/ her and I'll be back. She's very thorough, personable and really took her time listening to me & discussing my issues. You can't fake that kind of attentiveness. I felt very comfortable. If I met her off the street, I'd want to be friends...and in general, I'm not fond of many people.
Dr Edward’s is thorough and personable, I recommend her to all of my friends. She understands my examination anxiety and always puts me at ease.
The billing dept or the receptionist name MANDY who works for Dr Edwards is very rude. I'm the patient and I was simply asking some questions that I needed to pass along to my insurance company. Being in the field of dealing with patients you have to have compassion, patience and empathy. She lacks all of the above. If it wasn't for my liking of the DR I would discontinue my services. The rating should be zero stars but in order to post I put 1
