I’m writing this review for anyone thinking about trying this salon, especially because there are so many positive reviews. I’m honestly not someone who normally writes reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I’ve been here twice now, once in the winter and again recently. I don’t usually write Google reviews but had to for Kim and her staff! I absolutely love Winchester Nail and Spa! I’ve tried so many local nail salons and have not found a place as good as here. Kim makes a point to get to know all her clients and is incredibly accommodating and attentive. She helped me strengthen and grow my nails, and always does an incredible job. The place is clean, calming and reasonably priced. Ive never left disappointed.
My nails came out decent. I thought there were some edges that were still rough post filing but nothing crazy. Unfortunately, I started getting redness and irritation around 2 spots that turned into infections. The tech didn't open new tools, just took our clippers/trimmers from a "UV sterilizer" but I couldn't tell if it was used or not.
Best nails ever!!! I have searched and searched for nail places, that do my nails the way I like. Kim and all her staff are amazing. I would highly suggest trying it out. You will not be disappointed
I love coming here. Everyone that works here is awesome. The right balance of fun and relaxing every time. And of course my nails are always magical. I am particularly obsessed with my current manicure, thanks Kim!!!!
