Purchasing my car was a great experience. They were super helpful and not pushy like other dealerships. I got a great deal and have recommended friends to them who have also made purchases. I understand that inflation is real but I am very upset that they took away the "free oil changes for life". When I purchased my car they ran a "free oil changes for life" promotion. Going to this dealership has been the worst experience, time and time again. I purchased a truck from them, and they lied to me about the financing, interest rate, and other details. This was never corrected and no one has been held accountable for it. I have also returned multiple times because I was given a lifetime warranty on my truck that included free inspections and oil changes.
