I had already decided to switch service centers, this was the last straw. They were good a few years ago, but have been going downhill the last 2 years. I had my car inspected and I needed new front brakes and the rear were at the limit but passed. I decided to go ahead and do both as brakes are very important. They overcharged me. I purchased my vehicle from Winchester Mitsubishi in 2022 and was enrolled in their “VIP Diamond Club,” which included complimentary lifetime oil and filter changes. This benefit was part of what influenced my decision to buy from this dealership. At my most recent service visit, I was informed that they will no longer honor this benefit due to rising costs. Purchasing my car was a great experience. They were super helpful and not pushy like other dealerships. I got a great deal and have recommended friends to them who have also made purchases. I understand that inflation is real but I am very upset that they took away the "free oil changes for life". When I purchased my car they ran a "free oil changes for life" promotion.
