Jumped through hoops to make this appointment including making sure three times they had all my imaging orders and records from my last doc -- since they don't let you make an appointment until they have it all, and still I show up and they say they have nothing and are surprised I was allowed to make an appointment without sending all that in. They have some sort of “policy” that doesn’t allow patient family into the room. Horrible!
