Website does not indicate lab opens at 8 am. Arrived and needed to wait an hour. I wasn’t the only person who arrived expecting office to be open. I don’t normally come to this location. Kiosk check in wasn’t efficient due to no staff to get the process completed Front desk staff had to stop and handle kiosk issues due to not enough staff. I came in for lab work and went through the ridiculous process. After getting registered I went to the lab area where they told me to sign in. Two other people came after and they took their orders when they walked in as I waited. Then I had to wait for them to go first because the person didn’t follow the sign in sheet.
Why does it say it's open on Sunday, but when I walked up to the lab and it's closed?
