Today my mom went here for a CT scan that she had been waiting 6 weeks for and the way she was treated is horrendous. First, the receptionist told her to go to the wrong waiting room so the nurses yelled at her for that, then they refused to do her CT because they tried TWICE to get her IV and couldn’t so they sent her away, so if you’re a hard stick NEVER come here, the nurse said to my mom “Maybe you shouldn’t come here anymore.”. Absolutely ridiculous.
I give 5 star to X-ray tech however I have been waiting 9 days now for my X-rays results . While here in back pain Who Cares Right.Have called in twice to get no results yet . Go somewhere else if you are in pain .
5 star to the staff because they were great. However I am still waiting on an ultrasound done 10 days ago. I need to move forward with my medical needs and I cant without the results. This is anxiety producing and causing a delay in my treatment plan. This is an administrative issue. Adequate staff is needed as I sit here with swallowing issues.
