Shout out to Fantasia who works at the desk as you enter into Diagnostic Center, she worked wonders to get us registered!
Good place for blood work. If you come a bit late, you may need to wait one hour. Instead of the two steps (front desk, then registration desk), I recommend simplifying it into one step.
After receiving an order by doctor, tried to get an appt for ultrasound… and tried, and tried… each time i called, they sounded put out that i called, claimed they had no order in the system- this cycle happened 4x. So unhelpful. Went to Frederick MD radiology- got an appt first call.
I was sent here to get an ultrasound by my doctor. Every time I called to set up an appointment, they were very difficult, and some were even very rude and snippy with me, “well FIRST OF ALL, what’s your name” horrible service. I’ve been batted around over two weeks just trying to get an appointment, and told to go elsewhere by my doctor because apparently valley health does this often.. and is difficult for no good reason.
