I highly recommend Winchester lock storage.very friendly a curtious people.John is very helpful and polite.The units r clean and the property and they have always been available no matter what time r day..thanks Mia and John for all the help.

I spoke to Ishmael and he walked through the process with me and was so patient as the online reservation portal would not work on my end. However, he got it working on his end and got the spot I desired reserved for me. He followed me by camera as no one was in the office which gave me comfort and the feeling of not being alone! Thanks Ishmael!
My experience at Winchester Lock Storage was very professional. The attendant John helped me and answered all my questions. He guided me inside of the building and to my specific unit. Super helpful and informative! 10/10 would recommend to my friends!
