John was very helpful with setting my unit up. Large units for a good price.

I was only there to meet someone & pick something up. But they are a very secure place & the units were very nice.

We are so excited to a have a temperature-controlled facility with easy in/out access to keep our boat this winter! John was so helpful in getting us set up! He was so patient with us even as we changed our start date and asked for a bigger space! Friendly, patient, and professional!

I had a very satisfactory experience dealing with John today. We just rented a 13x45 unit over the phone and when we arrived our access code to the gate did not work. We called and John was able to get us all set up and immediate access. We have rented here in the past and have always been very satisfied.

We were set up in the wrong unit originally but we got in contact with TODD and he walked us through setting up our unit here in a timely manner he was absolutely amazing to work with and we are very pleased with our experience. Thank you!
