We were set up in the wrong unit originally but we got in contact with TODD and he walked us through setting up our unit here in a timely manner he was absolutely amazing to work with and we are very pleased with our experience. Thank you!

I have used other self storage facilities but Winchester Lock Storage is the best. I had a have little problem getting in but remember to call John and problems were going, he kindly assisted me with how to get into my storage room. He was awesome and really appreciated the help.

I’ve been using Winchester locking storage for about Two months now I had an issue getting into the gate turns out I forgot to put the auto pay on my account completely my fault not theirs. I spoke with John and he was able to get my auto pay set up pin and access to the facility restored almost immediately. My whole experience with them has been excellence. Good customer service and any issues have always been solved very quickly I would recommend.
