Great customer service and clinical care, but a billing nightmare. Especially frustrating for someone who pays on time. After being a loyal patient for 5 + years, several cycles of uncorrected billing errors—even after my insurance explained the fix—have driven me to look for a new provider. It's a shame to leave, but I need a facility that gets the billing right the first time.
***This is the second time having a bill not coded correctly*** On 02/05/25 my Fiancee had a preventative care test done. I called The Billing Department after receiving the bill unpaid and requested them to recode the bill with a ICD-10 code and this never happened or got resubmitted so it could be paid. Received the bill again on 10/20/25 8 months later $478.00 to be paid. It should have been taken care of but that never happened. I'm sure no one wants to pay for preventative care that's covered by insurance. 🥲
horrible customer service and billing department
The scan went OK but the lady who did my scan Libby was a little rude...she answered my questions in a kind of snappy way...I asked her if she was having a bad day...she said no I told her she seemed snappy...ive had MRIs other places and they were wonderful with me but I dont think I'll go back to Winchester Imaging not unless I have another nicer lady to do my scan
