From the staff person who greeted me to the technician who performed the MRI, everything was handled with professionalism and concern for any questions I had about the procedure. I was kept informed during the procedure as to time left for each scan and was always asked if I was doing ok. This was very important because I am extremely claustrophobic!
The wait ro get an appt was long, waited 30 mins after my scheduled appt to be seen. Also the tech who placed my IV placed the saline syringe down on a towel without a cover….. otherwise the experience was fine
Every one helped me Techs where awesome and first arrived the Woman at the desk very helpful Thankyou
I was extremely nervous for the MRI and the front desk staff and techs made me feel comfortable. They are very caring.
