The sullen and untrained woman at the desk chose not to submit the insurance card she was given. There was no resolution to the problem we went in for and we ultimately sought care elsewhere. This place appears to be a shady and fake facility. I have been trying to call them all day and every number to be found associated with them is not a working number.
