My wife and I moved here in April and we both agree that this has been one of our wises choices recently made. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you need accommodations with assistance or want to live independently this is the place to be. If you are looking you need to meet Sara, who in our opinion, is the heart and spirit of this place. The food is delicious, entertainment daily or activities if so desired. We are very happy and pleased to be here.
UPDATE: Winchester Glen has been cited for Neglect by the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority as a result of their lack of care and compassion. The RHRA legal team is now considering penalties. If you care about the wellbeing of your family members, do not home them here. Don't be fooled by the fact it's a newer building. They are chronically understaffed, don't follow medical directives and the administration will flat out lie to get your money. They have no business having a LTC portion and it's a danger to our most vulnerable. Shame on this facility.
So! Is it fix !? No! How do you mange the facility, customer service, and all? Are there are regulation or protocol, which you must follow and provide ?
