The staff at Winchester were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made my parents feel right at home. The whole experience for my parents and my siblings was exceptional and we would highly recommend Winchester Glen.
Get charged for medication that is being “delivered” more often than not because at night there tends to be no one in the wellness center. And when there is one person they don’t have the keys to distribute the medication.
Nice and neat place with staffs responsive.
**I’d like to update this review. This facility received several citations relating to my mother’s care here in assisted living. She passed away after residing here for under a month. If your relative requires assisted living I would not consider this retirement home. We were definitely oversold in the care our mother would receive here. Staffing was limited for the amount of people requiring care on this floor.
