My mom stayed at Winchester Glen after she had her knee replacement surgery for a short stay. All the staff were incredible and attentive to her. The room was beautiful and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend Winchester Glen! Sara Roger was our first contact with this facility and assured me my mom would be taking care of and she absolutely delivered. Thank you to Sara and all staff ensuring my mom’s transition to her home after surgery was an easy one! I am forever grateful ♥️
My aunt has been living at Winchester Glen retirement community, and she absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. She especially enjoys her suite - it’s bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and inviting place to live. It’s wonderful to see her so happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend Winchester Glen if you have a loved one looking for a warm and vibrant retirement community!
Great staff, great environment
My grandma was pretty lonely during covid inside her big house but the family convinced her that moving into Winchester would help with that feeling. The location is close to alot of shops; my grandma's favourite is Tims. The staff are absolutely amazing; very friendly and helpful! The building is also clean, especially in the dining area. I've had meals there with my grandma and they were delicious and habe plenty of options!!
My parents moved into Winchester about 6 months ago. Although a difficult decision to sell their house of 50+ years, they have been very happy in their new home at Winchester within the independent care wing. The residence aesthetic is open, airy, and modern, while still being warm and homey with an understated equine ranch theme. It is kept very clean.
