Absolutely the worst at returning messages. The staff will not inform the doctor of patients issues and will not return urgent messages. It takes a couple months to be seen for procedures, hours behind appointment times and a weeks behind getting the medication you need. Very frustrating. And in the meantime, my stomach is still killing me and I was just told I have to wait till next week after the weekend to get the prescription I need

Went in for a “ routine “ and “preventive care” colonoscopy in December 2025 with Dr Baig . The care I received was great but the issue I have is that a preventive procedure turned into a diagnostic procedure when they found polyps and because I had been found with previous (non cancerous) polyps in my initial colonoscopy 3 years ago. Due to the diagnostic coding my insurance ( Anthem) did not cover procedure and I paid out of pocket . I received the below email response from Winchester Gastro Associates . I was seen today at Winchester Gastroenterology by Rebecca Spencer PA-C she was very compassionate and caring of my needs, her Clinical Assistant Kelly was so kind. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Winchester Gastroenterology.
