All went well from check-in to check-out. Everyone was kind and professional
5 star experience from start to finish! From the office visit, to scheduling, to the actual procedure, nothing could have gone smoother! Thank you to all of the nurses, the anesthesiologist, techs, and Dr. Nemec for your wonderful care in making my experience as comfortable as possible.
Had a colonoscopy this morning with Dr. Shia and the amazing team — and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Every member of the team took the time to personally introduce themselves, and their bedside manner was excellent from start to finish. They explained every aspect of the procedure clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and walked me through the results afterwards. Grateful for such professional and compassionate care!
Dr. Shih is awesome! She and her team always address the things important to me as a patient while answering any questions or concerns I may have.
Really happy with my visit on 3/14/2025. The staff from check in and check out was champs. I was treated with the upmost care. Carina was very professional and really listen to my concerns. She explains all in a way I understood, and this help my stress level. My issues were address and now I am on the way for recovery.
