I have been going to this office for years and I do not know why I continue. Trying to call to even make an appointment or talk to someone you wait at least 15 minutes or more to get through. Trying to get a prescription refilled is a joke. The pharmacy has sent in a request 4 times and still my prescription has not been filled. I just called to tell them that a referral that they gave me to a neurologist was not working and that I needed a new one. Awful doctors office. Made an appt for the first time and forgot my appt. Theu never gave me phone call to remind me. Since I forgot I called back to see my appt and they told me I missed it. So I asked to reschedule and they would not even take me as a patient because I missed my appt. With everything going on with the Corona Virus and the world they could not even understand. Sad and pathetic front desk help.
