called Monday morning at 8 35 and got the answering machine relaying the store schedule and proceeded to tell me to call back during business hours. ...... they open at 8 30.
Words can't express the love and dedication shown by the staff here. I have been going to Dr. Woodall for years, and each time, she treats me like family rather than a patient. The staff greets me with a smile each and every time. The environment is so welcoming that my mom, sister, and daughter all go. If I could clone them 10 times over, I would. Thank you for allowing me and all my shenanigans to be apart of your family. From my heart to yours nothing but love....
Dr Plewes is very good , but staff on the other hand not very courteous, just rushing you through. Went to pick up glasses just brought them out didn’t have me try them on see if the were ok had to ask for someone to come out so they could be adjusted, was trying to ask about different nose pieces was very rude that’s the only ones we do. I just felt like they were annoyed to have to help me. But really like Dr Plewes!
This place is awesome. With us being full time travelers on the road with an eye issue, not always easy to get in. But we called this place while in Alabama Friday. Got to Tennessee our next stop Sunday. And was at this eye doctor on Monday. Staff and doctor Woodall was amazing. They worked extra hard on getting my eye pressure checked thru all the calcium buildup. Would recommend this place to anyone. Will be back if in the area. Thanks again for getting us in, and taking care of me.
Oh my goodness, Amy was wonderful! She made sure I was comfortable and explained every test ahead of time. She was so knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Add that to her friendly personality and i don't know what other words to use to describe how relaxed she made me feel! I HIGHLY recommend her and the Watson Clinic that was very clean and modern. Actually looking forward to my hearing aid coming in! She did the measurements for them and contacted my insurance company while I was there. Awesome lady! Front office lad... read more
