December 18, office closed when I arrived for my appointment. Tried to call and waited for over an hour. Never called back after repeated phone calls. Ridiculous Unprofessions
NO follow up when I contacted them about bad side effects of the medication prescribed. Dr. actually took a call from his mechanic to schedule his auto maintenance in the middle of my appointment with him! I could not get over the lack of professionalism and am not comfortable trusting them with my health care. Will not go back.
Dr. Abdul and his staff are professional and kind. We have not had any issues getting appointments or with refilling prescriptions.
Trying to find a local endocrinologist for my PCP to send my referral to. I have contacted Winchester Endocrinology during their business hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (today) this week. Each time the phone is sent to voicemail. On Monday, I left a voicemail and still have not received a call back.
