I had such a terrible experience here back in 2024. The lady that did my consultation (she said she sits at the front desk doesn't take clients anymore) this lady acted as if she never saw coarse, dark hair on someones face before! I went in with a full face of hair because I wanted her to see how thick it gets so we can get the best result (I suffer from aggressive PCOS/hirsutism). I cannot say enough positive things about this business. They are absolute professionals who help you figure out what treatments are right for you and what would work best for your current situation. Unlike most hair removal places, this business does both laser and electrology for hair removal. Laser can be great for large areas, but sometimes you just need electrolysis. I have gone to Paula for years, and have also brought my daughters to Paula. Paula is efficient and personable. Also, she is very realistic about setting expectations with respect how long things will take. I don’t chase the next special, I want someone who is good at this and I feel comfortable with.
