So sorry! We DID confuse you with another company. We've since removed the previous post.
First they rescheduled us, which fine, things happen. Then they came and recommended only the two highest kW generac units when we said we were not looking to power the whole house (current 1800 sqft, maybe addition down the road to 3000). We liked that they seemed to know what they were doing, knowledgeable, but listening to the customer's needs seems to be ignored in favor of quoting only the most expensive units. Was having generator issues, their very nice secretary went out of her way to answer my questions and put me on the right path not even being a costumer, really appreciated her help
Very very expensive! They Charged me 950+ dollars to service two generators. Travel time plus padded time spent here I say beware
