Winchester Electric helped us after a storm knocked out our transfer switch and generator. They also helped us work with our insurer, and understood our situation perfectly. They were prompt with communication, and when the installation came, they took away our old unit and installed the new one - a tricky thing to do given our location - with no impact on our land. Highly recommend!

So sorry! We DID confuse you with another company. We've since removed the previous post.
First they rescheduled us, which fine, things happen. Then they came and recommended only the two highest kW generac units when we said we were not looking to power the whole house (current 1800 sqft, maybe addition down the road to 3000). We liked that they seemed to know what they were doing, knowledgeable, but listening to the customer's needs seems to be ignored in favor of quoting only the most expensive units.
