I had asked for a 9 a.m. service, I had to call at 10 was told be called in hour and half, service was not until 2:45pm, it would have been nice to be informed by the office, Jon is an excellent service person. I find the costs $389.07 high as didn’t need a battery.I have had the generator serviced every year since I bought from Winchester Electric in 2006, with paying electrician, line for propane almost $10,000 . Long time customers shouldn’t have to pay so much.

Winchester Electric helped us after a storm knocked out our transfer switch and generator. They also helped us work with our insurer, and understood our situation perfectly. They were prompt with communication, and when the installation came, they took away our old unit and installed the new one - a tricky thing to do given our location - with no impact on our land. Highly recommend!
