Very nice staff, got my car done sooner than expected. They did amazing job and kept us informed. Definitely recommend.
Fixed our van after it was backed into. Was very up front with everything and explained everything in layman's terms. Communicated clearly and often with updates but was upfront with the timeline. Came in ahead of schedule. Made a stressful incident not as stressful.
This is hands down the best auto body place in Winchester. We have unfortunately used them three times now and each time Shane was courteous, professional and explained everything in detail. He is extremely responsive to emails and the work performed was excellent. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever need body work done again-this is the place.
This shop deserves 10 stars. No need for a long review. Just take your vehicle! You'll see.
If I could give a ten star rating I would. Winchester Collision made the entire process from start to finish. Shane was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped me understand everything with my insurance company. When I went to pick my car up from the shop, they had cleaned it and waxed it. It looked like I just pulled it off the car lot huge shout out to everyone at Winchester collision you guys are definitely top-notch, and I appreciate all of your help.
