This is hands down the best auto body place in Winchester. We have unfortunately used them three times now and each time Shane was courteous, professional and explained everything in detail. He is extremely responsive to emails and the work performed was excellent. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever need body work done again-this is the place.
This shop deserves 10 stars. No need for a long review. Just take your vehicle! You'll see.
If I could give a ten star rating I would. Winchester Collision made the entire process from start to finish. Shane was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped me understand everything with my insurance company. When I went to pick my car up from the shop, they had cleaned it and waxed it. It looked like I just pulled it off the car lot huge shout out to everyone at Winchester collision you guys are definitely top-notch, and I appreciate all of your help.
I had an unfortunate incident happen to my new 2025 SUV. I chose to have my car repaired at Winchester Collision. based off of google reviews. Let me tell you this was the best decision I could have made. This company did an outstanding job! My car looks like it just came off the dealership show room floor. Keep doing what your doing Winchester Collision, you are the best by far!
Excellent experience with Winchester Collision! Kept me updated the entire time. Had the car warmed up for me when I picked it up this morning! Wonderful team! Especially Shane for all the updates! I fully recommend this place for any body repairs!
