Need more staff to answer phones. Patients shouldn’t be waiting 20min or more to speak to someone.
called to ask to speak with dr. clark regarding medication. the receptionist was very mocking in her tone about my issue, and immediately hang up on me. called back two times and had her hang up everytime. you don't keep these people around. someone could be having an emergency, and the last thing they need is someone treating them as if they are not important.
Great carring and loving staff
They are the best .i been to hospitals all over the US AND I TELL YOU THERE IS NONE BETTER.
