the whole staff is wonderful to deal with. the program offers extensive educational training before and after the surgery. the doctors have a great bedside manner and take the time to listen to all your concerns. the staff was able to get my claim processed through the first time because they are knowledgeable and prepared to ask any insurance questions.they even have a web site to chat with other patients and ask the nurses questions.
