Winchester Arms is a great apartment complex to reside in. It is exceptionally well maintained. They offer a variety of activities for tenants, and the management and teams are very cooperative. As a tenant, I am pleased to be here and feel secure.
Great job and very prompt
Very nice apartments! I lived here for a year-and-a-half and was very happy with the apartment itself, as well as the management team. The units (mine at-least) are clean, comfortable and modern. I particularly liked the granite countertops. All the appliances were new, or nearly-so and the secure package room keeps your deliveries safe from the elements and thieves. I have lived at Winchester Arms for several years. I absolutely loved living here. I love the updates that were done in the apartments. The wall colors are calming and they compliment the updated appliances. John, the newest to the maintenance department is a pleasant young man. I thought no one could replace Kurt, but John truly cares about the residents of Winchester Arms and is quick to respond to any messages you leave on the answering machine.
