I have lived at Winchester Arms for several years. I absolutely loved living here. I love the updates that were done in the apartments. The wall colors are calming and they compliment the updated appliances. John, the newest to the maintenance department is a pleasant young man. Constantly rotating management, they never seem to do anything. I was dealing with a neighbor harassing me for almost a year, I made several complaints to 3 different property managers and they all seemed content to do nothing. The issue has never been resolved, the harassment continues, which is why I am moving out. After living here for 3 years you start to notice the landlord special type of things too.
