You know I had my elbow surgery today. What defines an experience? Best reception staff,best nurses, best anaesthesia team, then it's the right place for anyone. I loved every minute there. Thank you so much for doing this for me. I would love to come and meet you guys!

I had a phenomenal experience at the ambulatory surgery center from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with from Deb at the registration desk to the nurses, the anesthesiologists, and of course my surgeon, Dr. Fernandes, was exceptional. I arrived nearly an hour early because I was worried about traffic, and Deb welcomed me warmly without making me feel awkward for being ahead of schedule. Great staffing nurses but the receptionist is so bad. I’ve called 5 times and I’ve never gotten a call back or answer. They really need to work on that
