Every single staff member at Winch Vet Hospital is outstanding. Our cat had very serious injuries with a long road to recovery and we were incredibly well supported. From the care our cat received, being guided on difficult decisions and supporting us with budget limitations, the team were incredible! Our cat made a full recovery thanks to their expertise. I honestly can't recommend this grooming team enough! I have a working Cattle Dog/Border Collie who requires a lot of time and care to get him properly cleaned, de-shedded, and free of tangles. He wasn't in the best condition when I brought him in, but the staff were so kind, understanding, and never once made me feel embarrassed. Leanne treated him with incredible patience and compassion, going well above what I expected.
