Honestly in all my years of visiting a dentist this was the best experience I've ever had. Everything explained, helped me with my anxiety. Made me feel extremely comfortable. Explained everything. Then pop my tooth was pulled. Thank you so much. Unfortunately 😅 I'll be back at some stage. Mel.
Over past couple of years I have had an array of dental issues addressed by Dr Alicia and have been awed by the skilled and empathic care she provides. Her staff are always professional and a delight to deal with. Highly recommend this Winchelsea based dental practice as first class
Highly recommend! I am very nervous at the dentist and usually don't go because I panic, Alicia made me feel so comfortable and less nervous about the experience. She was also fantastic with my children aged 4 & 10! She was super supportive and kind to all of us... The dental nurses and reception staff were also warm and welcoming and made our whole experience at the dentist pain free and calming! Highly recommend!
My whole experience was so amazing! I had a dental emergency and went in there practically crying. I am a tough cookie but Dental stuff is so embarrassing because my teeth are awful. Upon ringing and having a kind person on the end of the phone, being given an appointment quickly on a public holiday to fronting up , everyone was so kind and caring. Even had 80's music playing on a screen. The Dentist was so kind and didn't rush me even though it was 6pm at night when I am sure all the girls would have loved to just go home. ... read more
Dr Alicia and her assistants was amazing. Had to have multiple sessions which was a bit nerve wracking, however Dr Alicia really put me at ease. Thank you so much!
