I was hung up on by a provider while mid sentence trying to find out how to help a patient. No care or concern for her pain or lack of sleep. This is unacceptable.
Very capable and compassionate doctor and nurse practitioners. You would be lucky to be one of their patients. I have seen dozens of my clients avoid hospitalization with a quick televisit or phone call. I highly recommend.
