There all the time...right up the street
I am a very unhappy customer. I have been a loyal customer for years I have reserved ice cream machines for our party in advance two machines until somebody broke one now we've reserved one machine a year in advance and when I checked on the machine they rented it out even though I'm holding a reservation in my hand I'm told by the owner I'm sorry there's nothing we can do.
