Do no consider purchasing an automatic gate from this company. We originally decided to use them because they had been in business for a long period of time. We stopped by to look at their inventory and were pleased with what we saw. We got estimates of similar gates and decided to use them to save a few hundred dollars. This company does not stand behind their work. I paid for a powder coated fence. It had rust everywhere in less than a year. I contacted the company multiple times and it took them forever to respond. Initially the owner told me that he would remove the rust and repaint the fence. After 10 to 15 additional phones calls and almost two months, he finally told me he would provide the paint, but no labor. James Winan is not an honorable man and does not do what he says he will do.

Do not trust this company. I spent so much time trying to get an estimate for an ornamental iron fence. I called 4 times, emailed over 3 times, and physically went to the business twice. They made promises but never bothered to give me one estimate. Wasted so much of my time!

Winans Gate and Fence ignored my calls and emails for over a year to fix my operator. Now they won't stand behind their work and I'm forced to spend even more money to take legal action or pay someone else to fix their junk! One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with.
