Dominique was so helpful and very pleasant in the phone reserving a unit. She explained everything in detail as well as answered all of my questions perfectly! She was actually a joy to talk to! The units are very close to where I'll be living and quite convenient!
Win win storage is hands down the best! From calling day of to rent a storage unit, they had clean units, provided locks, to moving out and them processing a refund! Major kudos to their employee Ava, who has made this process so smooth and has helpful beyond words! Ava deserves a raise for exceptional customer service!
