One of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Customer service was extremely bad and dishonest, they have issue with billing, and you work with them to fix it and they tell you they will do something then they don't do it and each time you try to resolve it they give another date or blame the customer. Stay away.
How is it that I'm required to pay in advance but when I'm owed $175 credit, I'm told by company representatives that it will take months to receive that credit! Definitely not a customer-centered company!
