I went in and got dip nails done. I was rushed out afterwards and didn’t get a change to fully look at them. I called and asked for a refund and sent photos. They denied the refund and tried to say that it was going to happen with the design of my nails which wasn’t true. My nails didn’t reach the sides on my natural nail and my skin was eaten up from the dremel. Further more they said that I was being a fraud and people like me are the issue. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND
Absolutely had an amazing pedicure that was worth every penny! Also got a full set with some fun polka dots and loved the way they came out! The salon was clean and I feel like the techs took their time.
I’ve tried here a few times and it’s very inconsistent. I either love or am bummed. Appointments mean nothing. I had a noon appointment and waited 20 minutes for my manicure and then sat another 30 minutes for them to do my pedicure. I ended up asking for a polish change only on my toes because I waited so long and was still charged $30. Water was so cold before they even got to me, I pulled my feet out.
