A few weeks ago, I booked a vacation for my family. The booking was confirmed and initial payment made. The owners decided to call today to tell me it's not available. Condo information: Win-San C-208 Ocean-View 2 Bed/ 2 Bath Townhouse. Avoid booking with these owners!
Wonderful family environment. Well managed. Will return year after year. Cant beat proximity to flagler. Walk everywhere!
Dirty , no sheets or Linens Had clean own ground floor balcony dirty, handicap ramps are to steep don't know how one person can push up ramp an be handicap, not maid service ,not toilet paper , twin beds had a plastic window like sheet on bed To much owners junk setting around bathrooms doors to small to wheelchairs to enter ask if they could remove doors just until we could get chair in to bathroom an they would not help us in any way I will never book with them again an 16 other family's said been coming for years an they ... read more
Last year, when removing the sheets, I discovered a disgustingly stained mattress cover. It appeared to be several large urine stains. I brought that to the attention of the staff and checked this year to be sure the cover had been changed. It had, and I naively assumed all was well. When I removed sheets and pillowcases this year, the pillows were disgustingly stained. There was also a brownish stain further down on the mattress cover that was missed when I checked it.
