It took over 2 hours for our debit card to post, before we could get the room...win river has horrible payout, plus a suite room, that we had, was terrible design where jacuzzi tub was installed, water rot and deterioration on doors...unacceptable for a newer hotel! I'd advise not wasting your money here, the line hits are always less than your bet and a lot of times when do get 3 in a row, you aren't rewarded. I hope management understands that u need to let people have a bonus, or a big payout sometimes, so they come back.... read more
