Mary and her staff are wonderful. I always feel taken care of, that my time is important, and that my business matters. The space is clean and professional with a simple feel. Would always recommend for any service !!
I have been going here for years. I am always pleased with my nails and feet. If I have ever had a nail issue, or need a repair, they have always worked me into their schedule quickly. Mary in particular is great and personable.
This is my first review on Natural Nails but have been coming since Mary, the owner, opened several years ago. Hands down the best salon in Franklin! Mary greets u immediately. Beautiful decor, comfy chairs, and great service. Fully staffed, but Mary and her daughter, Wintam, are my personal favorites. Ingrown toenails r not a problem! These two r like surgeons!
I come to the shop when I visit Franklin for my mani and pedi. The place is very relaxing, clean, and the staff are so friendly. They do a great job and very meticulous when cleaning the cuticles. I am a transient but I do get my mani and pedi when am in town. I do recommend this place if you’re looking for quality pampering.
They have always done an excellent job with my nails. I have always been able to get an appointment the day I call
