Easily made a service appointment 3 hrs later that day. Came on time, was taken right way for a lube, oil, filter and tire rotation. I went to the waiting room an hour or so later. Chris was professional ans courteous.
Overall, it was a great experience with Win Kelly Service Department! I had been looking around for Chevy dealership with a decent rating and near where I live. I went to Win Kelly in Clarksberg for an oil change. There was an squeakee sound issue with my steering wheel that I thought was not addressed in my first visit.
