We hired Win Elder Construction to build our septic system. He subcontracted it out to Double D Construction. The work began eroding and deteriorating only weeks after completion. Win Elder never came to inspect the completed work, despite stating multiple times he would do so. Win Elder is a highly unprofessional contractor, who does not care about the quality of work that he, and his subcontractors, produce.
