I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The boss was extremely rude and had no manners at all. Even though he is Chinese himself, he treated other Chinese customers with no respect. His tone and attitude were unacceptable.very impatient and dismissive.
Extremely rude and disrespectful service. My elderly grandpa simply asked to buy a small amount of Chinese herbs, but the owner mocked him, saying “you can’t even spend a little money,” and spoke in a very condescending tone. When returning the money, he didn’t even hand it back properly just threw it slightly. No basic respect, especially toward seniors. Definitely not a place I’d recommend, avoid if you value polite and professional service.
