If you want them to void your HIPAA law rights, go here. Clermont location... 3-30-26 front desk staff announced a patients condition loudly for everyone to hear like it was a special prize. A family member of mine showed up for their appt that wasn't necessary (already has their own Dr)...and they also marked that person as NOT showing up. Leesburg location even worse. Medical negligence if I’ve ever seen it. This place told my family member that he was misdiagnosed only to actually misdiagnose him. He was not misdiagnosed, and in fact has the text book definition of that diagnosis. Because of that, he hasn’t been getting the medication he needs or the care he needs, so he’s getting worse. I would sue this place if I could. Do not go here.
the YRCC program is good most of the reviews are for the baker act if you plan on sending your child here the staff are great and its a good place to be.
One of the worst places to go if you need any type of real help. They heard you around like cattle, There is no type of therapy, Treatment, Or really any care towards moving in the right direction. It was the saddest experience of my life, and I truly hope that people don’t have to experience that.
