They were very professional, kind, and straightforward.
My Son is nonverbal and is on the spectrum. We were taking him to the office in Leesburg but his Doctor retired and the closest appointment we could get him was at the office in Cleremont with Chantel Baptist. The first 2 visits with her were ok, unfortunately we missed an appointment in October due to me being in the hospital having an emergency surgery. I was seeing Chantel Baptisce for the first time because my Doctor had just left my location and was waiting for the new doctor to start. Soon as I walked in her office she looked me up and down and right away I felt uncomfortable. She would constantly cut me off and would talk over me when I tried to talk. Right away she wanted to change my meds even though I said it was working so well for me and was helping me have a better life. She made me very anxious and after I left I said I would never go back.
