Wanted air serviced but was out of their area. Called me to explain where they were located, so concerned, said they would drive 80 miles to help me out if I could not get anyone. THIS COMPANY SHOULD GET 10 STARS!!!
I called Wimpys on a Friday. Mr Andy told me what he had to offer over the phone. He came out to my house on Monday gave me a proposal of everything he told me on Friday. Tuesday he was here to install my unit. Him and his guys did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. We had called several people and no one came to our rescue. Thank you to Mr. Andy and his team. We are cooling it for the rest of the summer.
Andy and his guys did an outstanding job! Andy helped me get the best price for what I was getting. They installed a complete unit from scratch for my outside building and had it up and running the same day (even though it was raining on and off). They communicated very well and were there when they said they would be. Highly recommend!
I called this morning at 7am due to a Freon leak and Wimpy’s was out here by 9am. They were friendly, honest and efficient. They got my hvac up and running for my daughter and myself. I will continue to use them and recommend them to all my friends and family. Andy was our tech and he was amazing!
I have to admit that I was slightly skeptical to see an HVAC company with all 5 star ratings, however working with Andy and his team at Wimpy’s proved to be just that; a 5 star rated experience. Andy gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC unit, and what we needed for a replacement. He gave us options and even offered ways for us save us money.
