Excellent experience, great communication. First time shipping a car, my college student’s vehicle about 1000 miles TX to SC. I read many horror stories about other transportation companies before deciding on Wimple. I would advise others that Wimple is legit and trustworthy. They were not the least expensive but gave a firm upfront price reasonable in comparison to other companies plus offer a student discount. A+ rating from BBB. They had great communication via phone and live chat. Very smooth process and no complaints.
Simple had the lowest quote I was a little apprehensive but the experience was very good. They were responsive and helpful with good communication. Actual truck driver was responsive and kept me updated as to their eta. I would recommend
Thanks, AK! Cheaper than everywhere else, also got a driver assigned quickly, just had a conflict on which driver would pick up my cars. Paid on Saturday, asked the driver who was assigned to the Sunday pickup from MN to TX on Monday… just wasn't clear on the ETA, but AK got on top of it. I was super nervous because of the horrible stories about transport cars, but I will definitely use you all again. I don't mind the little ETA clarification. And AK wasn't pushy, thanks, Wimple, you have a returning customer for sure
