Just spent five days in Wimmera Base Hospital and cannot fault the treatment received. I needed to be taken there from Stawell as Wimmera Base has a dedicated team for my condition. I was admitted to the ED in a more private room and while everyone in the Emergency Wards in general receive the best possible treatment, it was very calming for me to be on my own. Absolute disgrace of a hospital. So many issues with waiting and absolutely rubbish medical care. Better off avoiding at all costs!!
