TENANT BEWARE! Would rate zero stars if I could. Management is unethical and unprofessional. Might as well give up your security deposit before you move in as it is a money grab for them to retain it. They do not know how to handle tenant relations, very surface level people that are just puppets for the building. They respond to all these comments saying they would "love to reach out to discuss further" but then you get on a call with them and they have no intention of civilly talking about the issues. Wish I could give this place negative stars. They stole my belongings after they kicked me out during Covid.
Property Manager does not return Security Deposits. Picks and chooses who gets there rightful deposit. Others get a month free if they renew their lease. Hmm! 9/8/2024 - After calling and leaving messages at least 5x and no return calls regarding my Deposit return.
