Property Manager does not return Security Deposits. Picks and chooses who gets there rightful deposit. Others get a month free if they renew their lease. Hmm! 9/8/2024 - After calling and leaving messages at least 5x and no return calls regarding my Deposit return.
I would have gave no stars but that’s not an option. This place is garbage. Do not rent here. You will not be happy. The place is so run down and the office staff is clueless. I just found out we need a guest pass for parking our third lease holder vehicle and that my vehicle was parked in a handicap spot with worn out paint on the black top that was barely noticeable unless you were notified about it and no pole with metal handicap sign assigning it!
