This is the second time on two different occasions I’ve tried to try and reach my insurance agent and both times I’ve called at least three times never reaching a live agent. I’ve left multiple messages and never received a callback. Very unprofessional and customer service is extremely lacking. I’ll be switching my carrier because of this.
