If your not a big name in tractor pulling they will not return your calls or want to speak to you about custom parts. Waste of time
What a fabulous repair shop. I have a difficult repair. This shop has been top notch. I'm in AZ they are in PA. They answer messages, call you back when promised and are priced fairly. Now Joanna, who answers the phone is the absolute best CS rep, I have dealt with in a repair shop or any shop for that matter. She is in friendly, polite, knowledgeable and has common sense, which you do NOT find anymore. Her stellar CS is what prompted me to write this review.
