For the price payed there is to many problems and the manager is rude and acts like the maintenance problems are your own to fix
I’ve lived here for the past year and the frequent issues they have with plumbing/the chiller and boiler system is outrageous. Since this is an older complex, all water lines are connected and if someone needs maintenance done, they turn off water for most of the complex. This happens at least once a month, if not more, and they give barely any forewarning that you won’t have water all day. Horrific plumbing issues throughout the entire complex. Genuinely a plumbing emergency every other day.
I'm sure the Condos are great. I have an apartment and it serves it's purpose.
