Tennis courts look really bad. Not a good sign. Need to be resurfaced and new nets. If that’s out front, I don’t think I want to rent there.
Heating and cooling system sucks. During winter time, without turning the heat on, inside condo was at 90degree. The floor was warm and way too hot to live. Had to call the cop on some college kids who partied until 2am. We also let office manager know about loud music that were played until late at night, but nothing was done. Since this was ongoing problems, we had to terminate our contract early. Unless, you are one of the people who likes to party and loud noises, I suggested you stay away from this place.
The heating/cooling system is annoying in that tenants get either heating in winter months or cooling in summer months when the hoa switches the system over. However, the hoa is extremely lazy and has been content with letting tenants live in 80 degree apartments while they claim to fix the broken cooling system, all while continuing to delay the promised fixed-by date.
