Mr Daniels took my case to probate after my husband's death. I furnished all information requested, including securing of will from attornies in Michigan. Things started to move along but suddenly he was missing dates that the court stipulated. He claimed he thought I was taking care of it. Finally I was named executer but once again he missed court dates. I signed final papers, wrote check to probate court and requested my paperwork and paid him for his time. The sad thing is,this man is very nice and very likeable. He actually did a tremendous job for me during my free consultation, finding who the real culprit is in my HOA, and insurance lawsuit. But that was 9 months ago. Since then, we have had many conversations about my case, but he has never done anything else!!! If I could give him a -10000 ,that's what I would score him. I feel conflicted about giving a bad review, but this experience merits one. If I could give zero stars I would. Like some others, I chose Mr. Daniels because LegalEase recommended him as my closing attorney. The communication was horrible. I waited for 7 months. I was using legal ease thru my job. I only wanted him to get my deposit back from a landlord that kept my deposit and she wasn't supposed to. Lee never called me I always had to call him. And the last 3 or 4 weeks he didnt answer my calls or emails or text. AWFUL experience with this attorney, (Lee Daniels) I have LegalEase thru my company and this attorney seat for over two month for a letter that he was supposed to write, I check the reviews (too late obviously) and realized that this is the way he works....so waste time on my legal matters. Lesson learn for me.
