The sad thing is,this man is very nice and very likeable. He actually did a tremendous job for me during my free consultation, finding who the real culprit is in my HOA, and insurance lawsuit. But that was 9 months ago. Since then, we have had many conversations about my case, but he has never done anything else!!! If I could give him a -10000 ,that's what I would score him. I feel conflicted about giving a bad review, but this experience merits one. If I could give zero stars I would. Like some others, I chose Mr. Daniels because LegalEase recommended him as my closing attorney. The communication was horrible. I waited for 7 months. I was using legal ease thru my job. I only wanted him to get my deposit back from a landlord that kept my deposit and she wasn't supposed to. Lee never called me I always had to call him. And the last 3 or 4 weeks he didnt answer my calls or emails or text. He kept telling me every week that I called that he was getting the papers up for court. It never got done. I never heard anything back. It's been 7 months and nothing done at all. AWFUL experience with this attorney, (Lee Daniels) I have LegalEase thru my company and this attorney seat for over two month for a letter that he was supposed to write, I check the reviews (too late obviously) and realized that this is the way he works....so waste time on my legal matters. Lesson learn for me.
By far the worst experience I have ever had. Over the course of 4 months I maybe spoke to this attorney 3 times and it was after contacting the agency first. Biggest waste of time in my life, would never recommend to anyone. Ever.
