Wimberley Roofing did a fantastic job. It was quick and clean. New roof looks great and stood up well to the storms we had in Oct. Thanks to Scott Chesser and the good folks at Wimberley Roofing this was a job well done!
My experience with Wimberley Roofing was disappointing. The job felt rushed, and while the roof looked fine at first, a few weeks later we noticed issues after the October storms. Some shingles came loose, and there were water spots starting to appear on the ceiling. Communication with Scott Chesser and the team was slow when we tried to get follow-up service. For the amount we paid, I expected better workmanship and responsiveness.
There really are not enough ways to express our gratitude to Chris, Tommy, Enoc and the entire organization at Wimberley Roofing for the amazing job they did for us. My wife has a deep-rooted fear of having a roof fail that stems from a childhood trauma when roofers showed up, stripped the roof and left for days. Every aspect of our experience with Wimberley Roofing was very positive: they were courteous and professional, they kept us informed of every stage of the re-roofing process, they answered all of our questions, they helped us navigate the insurance claims procedure, and they were respectful of our property. We are very pleased with our new roof.
