I'm a personal assistant who was inquiring about pool conversion for my boss and his newly bought property. The man was extremely rude, interrupted me, acted like he was upset but my question and told me to have my boss call him, then he hung up on me when I told him my boss doesn't make these kinds of calls, and that this is literally my job. A big NO for this company. Owner completely unprofessional, too many other options for someone to put up with him. So rude and unprofessional, I couldnt imagine dealing with him throughout the pool building process...good luck if you decide to use them...BUYER BEWARE....read their reviews on other sites.
I would have to say over my long one month stretch of shopping around for a pool Contractor that this guy Clearly does not want to build his reputation in the central Texas area.I did not need him to preach to me on construction process and it’s not going to happen tomorrow.I know that he seem more adamant on trying to deter me then willing to come out or even asking what I wanted.
