One star for the lovely decor/setting of this practice. 0 stars for the people up front at reception. The one I approached was on her phone, rude and dismissive. I had booked my appointment weeks in advance, but when I showed up I was told there’s a thirty minute early arrival expected and so I had missed my appointment altogether. I've been seeing Dr. Ramirez for a couple of years or more. From the moment he entered the treatment room, I knew I had found my doctor. His confident being and the kindness he exudes put me at ease. He reminds me of how medical doctors may have been back when medicine wasn't so much a business. He could easily be described as a kindly country doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez.
Dr Ivy Ramirez is an excellent family practitioner, love the entire group. I am Always treated with respect, courtesy and above and beyond excellent healthcare
After getting 3 separate texts about my apartment for blood work, I confirmed all the text that I would be there, I got there, and they told me they had no orders for me. What??
