Price is great and equipment is adequate. Really the best option for the area. However, the hours are a big issue! Closes early in the evening during the week, and hardly open during the weekend at all! Also unstaffed a good amount during the day :/

Well run operation. They know what they're doing! All the equipment you'd want, multiple classes and times. Friendly, knowledgable staff. New location by Blue Hole invites a long nature walks/runs after workout. Beautiful private setting.

Great gym consisting of both members and staff who truly care about your health and fitness needs. Its a non-judgmental atmosphere with more laughs than grunts typically. Gym usually has at least one dog (either a weenie-pit mix or a great dane) on premises which always makes for some good company and entertainment. WFC has a good assortment of classes (Boxing, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Zumba, Active Adults) so no matter what you're into they typically will have a small group setting in which you can enjoy participating.
