We had a wonderful experience. The bikes worked great and the owner was so kind and helpful! 10 out of 10!
The worst e-bike rental experience I’ve had. The bike was outdated and poorly maintained— no LCD display, a twist shifter that never solidly selected a gear, failing cantilever brakes instead of disc brakes. My bike threw its chain mid-ride. My companion’s battery died after just one hour. When we reported the issues, the owner’s only remedy was offering us another rental day with the same substandard fleet. All around bad experience. The bikes are not well maintained. We showed up to the property to pick up 4 bikes and one of the bikes you would turn it on and it would take off into the road by its self unless you grab it. The chain was popped off of one of our other bikes. The lady that was running the place stated that oh you won't really need it. It's electric. All the bike tires were low.
