Our ferret went downhill fast and we couldn’t see our normal vet, she referred us to Wilvet. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our sweet Moose. This place was so kind, caring and helpful through the entire process. Highly recommend this place. ❤️
I highly recommend WilVet South for a pet emergency. Everyone was very kind, and Dr.Huntington was fantastic. My dog was bit by another dog and needed surgery. They took amazing care of her, and the bill was actually less than what I was quoted. Went home with all the meds we needed and she’s going to be just fine. Excellent care!
From my own experience this place is awful. You’ll sit for hours and have no clue when you’ll be seen! Also they don’t even bother to check on your pet to see how there doing. Your suppose to be professionals but I don’t get the feeling!! When I left the guy at the front desk had no clue I was even in the room. The lack of communication at this place is absolutely trash! I’m probably not gonna come back ever!
I have been to wilvet with 3 different pets, and each set of staff/vets was wonderful! They are each so kind, empathetic, and courteous. You can tell that they truly are passionate about what they do, and do everything they can for every pet and pet parent that comes through their doors. I'd like to shout out Rosy, specifically!
