We had to make the difficult decision to amputate our fur baby Bella’s leg, and WilVet South was there for us every step of the way. Their team was so caring, patient, and understanding during such an emotional time. They treated Bella like their own and made sure we felt supported and informed throughout the whole process. It truly meant so much to us. Bella is doing great now, and we will always be grateful for the care they gave. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in an emergency.
A couple months ago my partner was walking our sweet 2 year old pup who got a little overly excited and jumped after a squirrel, catching her leg in a sewer grate on the way down, and twisted her body weight with her leg trapped. Mona screamed in pain and my fiancée was able to get her leg out but the pup didnt want to walk or put weight on her leg. Thr doctors, nurses, and staff were knowledgable, quick acting, kind, patient, and compassionate. They helped us through a hard decision with grace and honesty. There was no wait. Very clean.
Top notch care! We’ve unfortunately had a few emergencies come up for our dog, but we were so thankful Wilvet was there. Prices were reasonable, the customer service was excellent, and the care received was amazing. Thank you all!
I had a cat who had a medical emergency. Took him to this vet, they seemed to resolve it. A week later he had the same emergency. It seems like they didn't fix the problem, or didn't advise me properly on how to prevent the problem. But the communication is so poor that I can't even tell which it is. Because of this, it looks like I'm going to have to cancel a trip to visit a family member who's dying of cancer. I don't know how much time I have left with her.
