My worst experience with a veterinarian was when my dog was severely misdiagnosed. I trusted them with his health, but they missed the signs of cancer and, what’s worse, they even had knowledge about his condition and never told me. I entrusted my dog to this service, and due to their negligence, my dog lost its life. This is heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. PLEASE NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE —I would never want anyone else to experience the pain and negligence from this vet and the loss I’m going through.
Losing a beloved pet is one of the most heartbreaking experiences imaginable, especially when it happens because of a terrible veterinary experience. Worst vet ever. I Couldn’t be paid to go here ever again.
If I could give it zero stars I would. They double charged me, didn’t listen at all, no customer service, lied, put adhesive tape on my cat and sedated her when I requested they didn’t. She left there worse than she went in.
