Top notch care! We’ve unfortunately had a few emergencies come up for our dog, but we were so thankful Wilvet was there. Prices were reasonable, the customer service was excellent, and the care received was amazing. Thank you all!
I had a cat who had a medical emergency. Took him to this vet, they seemed to resolve it. A week later he had the same emergency. It seems like they didn't fix the problem, or didn't advise me properly on how to prevent the problem. But the communication is so poor that I can't even tell which it is. Because of this, it looks like I'm going to have to cancel a trip to visit a family member who's dying of cancer. I don't know how much time I have left with her. This was the best emergency vet care I have ever had!
Terrible Service! We have had our dog in the emergency room a few times paying up to $5000 each time however those places we went were UP FRONT and Honest about it. This place gave an estimate on the way in for $1200 for a THROAT SCOPE. That was decisde upon not to do. They then started doing treatment and giving estimates along the way. The last one that was SIGNED was $700. At walkout we were given a bill for $1250.
